Community Projects

Community is a big part of POINT and we encourage young people to take part in community projects. We have fantastic relationships with the local Greening Group and Local care homes which enable us to provide young people with inter-generational and skill building experiences.  

Due to our work with the Greening Group, in 2018, the POINT garden was on the tour for the Britain in Bloom and Wales in Bloom Judges. We even got a special mention in the Britain in Bloom judging report!

Popworks Drop In

Popworks provides a safe and welcoming place for all young people. We aim to make the transition from childhood to adulthood for young people as seamless and stress free as possible, with youth workers always on hand to offer advice, guidance and just be there for the young people to talk to. Youth work is a very powerful thing which means so much to our young people.
