For young people who are experiencing self harm, anxiety, depression, low self esteem or otherwise living with poor mental health. For those who may benefit from a safe space & a warm welcoming group environment with others of their are age who are living with similar problems. A supported space where they can make friends with others who know how challenging life can be. A chance to explore resilience and coping techniques via fun interactive games and workshops and to build up some peer support.
